We are looking for an experienced Repair and Field Service Technician to join our team

You have:

- Post secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Valid full G class driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Experience in the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and calibration of mechanical and electrical components and equipment
- Experience in welding and fabrication and ability to use hand tools
- Forklift license or experience
- Excellent communication skills including reading, writing, verbal, and comprehension
- Ability to collaborate with a team or independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work outside of regular work hours including a rotating on-call schedule to service customer needs and emergencies
- Field Service experience is an asset

As a Repair and Field Service Technician, you will:

- Attend site visits for installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks of Company owned rental equipment and customer owned product
- Inspects equipment to diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Training of Camera, PVMS, traffic signal, radar trailer, TC-12
- Changing batteries on PVMS trailers, Camera trailers and Sensor units. (65 lb. each)
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
- Complete documentation (i.e. QA, inventory, work tickets, etc.)
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company’s safety procedures and protocols
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Other duties as assigned to support customer and business needs
