The successful candidate will have strong experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, account management, and hospitality industry partnerships, with a proven ability to close deals and grow market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality industryBuild and manage relationships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality groupsExecute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsConduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead generationPrepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contractsNegotiate pricing, terms, and service agreementsMaintain accurate sales records in CRM systemsCollaborate with marketing, recruitment, and operations teamsMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIsRepresent IIQAF Group at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or Account ManagerStrong background in hospitality sales or hospitality business developmentExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closingProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fieldExisting network within the Canadian hospitality industryExperience with B2B sales, partnerships, and corporate accountsWillingness to travel within Canada as required Why Join IIQAF Group: Competitive base salary: CAD 65,000 – CAD 75,000 per yearPerformance-based bonuses and incentivesCareer growth within a fast-growing hospitality-focused organizationSupportive, professional, and results-driven work culture
