HOSPITALITY AMBASSADOR JOB DESCRIPTION:Our Story:We are where Toronto comes to play. At The Ballroom Bowl, we believe our core product is service. We love elevating the game, ensuring that our guests have a stellar experience, whether it be through bowling, food & beverage, or private events. Our purpose behind the pins is a commitment to achieve the goal of service excellence through our actions, accountability, and collaboration. In a technology-filled world, we love living IRL and connecting with our team members and guests by knocking down a few pins.Job Description:Greeting guests in an energetic and positive manner, ensuring hospitality is top of mindAbility to use the OpenTable reservation platform in an organized, efficient manner, monitoring table turnover to minimize wait timesAnswering the phone according to the steps of service and timingResponding to any reservation inquiries in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and organized restaurant and bowling areaAbility to communicate the waitlist and proposed timing to guestsCommunicate any special notes from reservations to the service team.Set up any reservations prior to guests' arrivalThanking guests as they departAsking guests to write a Google review about their experienceProcess bowling payment and set up bowling lanes for guestsProvide bowling shoes for guests and maintain hygiene standards of shoes (where applicable)Do you roll our way?
