**As a Seasonal Ambassador you will**:

- Ensure clients are warmly welcomed, assisted accordingly, and have a memorable experience consistent with the Tiffany brand
- Elevate the client experience with hospitality and store amenities to build personalized experiences
- Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly and clean
- Assist with the engraving station where applicable
- Manage wait time on the floor and communicate with leadership potential service issues with waiting clients
- Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies
- Keep all POS stations and sales areas neat and organized
- Performing all POS functions after a client’s purchase decision is finalized
- Assist operations team with policies and procedures and after-sale servicing
- Assist with inventory and special projects as needed

EXEPERIENCE Required:

- Ability to work non-traditional business hours: evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or customer related experience such as hospitality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse client base
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based
