We love elevating the game, ensuring that our guests have a stellar experience whether it be through bowling, food & beverage or private events. Our purpose behind the pins is a commitment to achieve the goal of service excellence through our actions, accountability and collaboration. In a technology filled world, we love living IRL and connecting with our team members and guests by knocking down a few pins.
- Greeting guests in an energetic and positive manner ensuring hospitality is top of mind.
- Ability to use OpenTable reservation platform in an organized efficient manner monitoring table turnover to minimize wait times.
- Answering the phone according to steps of service and timing.
- Responding to any reservation inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and bowling area.
- Ability to communicate waitlist and proposed timing to guests.
- Communicate any special notes from reservations to service team.
- Set up any reservations prior to guests' arrival.
- Thanking guests as they depart.
- Asking guests to write a Google review about their experience.
- Process bowling payment and set up bowling lanes for guest.
- Provide bowling shoes for guests and maintaining hygiene standards of shoes (where applicable)

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for food, beverage and hospitality.
- Previous experience as a host in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
- SmartServe certification is a MUST.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends as needed.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment highlighting time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn OpenTable and bowling software standards and requirements.
