**Job Summary**
CanGOLF is where sports meets social - a lively Golf Simulator venue, award-winning restaurant and event space serving up great food, delicious drinks and good times for golfers and non-golfers alike. We host everything from seasonal leagues to casual play to corporate events, live sports nights and full-scale weddings.

We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to not only lead our great team, but take the CanGOLF experience to the next level

You'll manage a dynamic team, drive profitability, and keep the energy high while maintaining the quality and hospitality standards that make CanGOLF a standout in the Bow Valley.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire staff across all departments (restaurant, bar, events and simulators).
- Manage all aspects of the operations, scheduling, inventory and budgets - including Golf & Games, Front and Back of House plus Events & Catering.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming energetic environment.
- Coordinate and support the Events team on weddings, parties and corporate bookings.
- Drive revenue through innovative offerings and operational efficiency.
- Hire, help train and develop team members to achieve excellence.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Weekly reporting of operational and financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures with business owner.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Experience**
- 3-5years of proven management in hospitality, F&B or event operations. Someone who not only knows how, but thrives on growing businesses.
- Strong leadership and communication skills - calm under pressure, but decisive
- Business acumen with experience managing budgets, targets and staff performance.
- Possesses a growth mindset in all facets of life, including the workplace
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our customers and catering clients.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to jump in where needed.
- Familiarity with golf or simulator operations is an asset, but not essential.

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
