Sargent Farms is looking for eager, positive, hardworking and energetic individuals to join our primary food processing team roster at our Milton, Ontario facility.

- **Monday to Friday. **_**Steady Day-Shift.**_
- Morning shift start time varies depending on department placement (**flexibility is a must**).
- 40+ hours per week. (Average of 48 - 52 hours each week)
- Overtime paid after 44 hours each week.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven leader and team motivator with leadership skills.
- Knowledge of customer complaint investigation and resolution process.
- Knowledge of local and provincial GMP requirements pertaining to food manufacturing.
- Proficient communication skills: written, reading and speaking English.
