**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscape construction staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Lead by example in performing hands-on work, including laying interlock, grading, and machinery operation (excavator, skid steer, etc...).
- Build and install landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Train new team members on best practices in landscape construction and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in landscape construction is essential.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of grading, tool usage, and machine operation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients.
- experience with a quick cut saw, able to grade with a level.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
