We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to work at one of our Kitchener, Ontario locations. Our Service Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of the shop operation and ensuring the highest level of customer service to all customers. In this role the Service Manager will supervise and work side-by-side with our Service Advisors to provide our customers with exceptional service.
- Salary rate based on experience._

Description of Duties/Expectations:

- Act as a role model for their Team Members, leading by example, and representing our Company’s Team Core Values
- Observe, supervise and support their Team Members efficiently to achieve maximum results
- Greet all customers upon their arrival into the store
- Advise customers regarding their service decisions by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their symptoms or requirements
- Service customers with the utmost professionalism and make a special effort to ensure that every visit is an enjoyable experience
- Arrange service appointments for customers
- Rectify customer complaints/concerns in a courteous and professional manner
- Prepare and relay work orders
- Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Experience in a sales or customer service role involving automotive service, tires, parts and accessories
- Experience in tire and automotive repair service industry an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Some knowledge of tools and equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Outstanding time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities professionally and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and aptitude to operate independently and unsupervised
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Previous administrative experience
