**About VoPay International Inc.**

**The Opportunity**

VoPay is looking for a PR & Communications Manager to promote the overall company vision and mission to customers, partners and media across multiple platforms. The PR & Communications Manager will work directly with the CMO to implement the PR strategy and execute the short and long-term goals of the company.

The Communications & PR Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining and improving the public image of the organization including developing and implementing organizational publicity strategies, managing all PR activities and pitching stories to various outlets. You will manage external and internal communications, develop and support promotional strategies, and oversee communications with key stakeholders in the company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Nurture and build relationships with media and industry promotors
- Developing and implementing publicity strategies for the company’s products and services
- Help promote the organization’s point of view to its main audience through media press releases and interviews
- Write and pitch thought leadership pieces for organization leaders
- Help leaders prepare for media interviews & panel discussions
- Develop advertising and marketing communications material
- Prepare articles for corporate newsletters
- Monitor social, economic, and political trends that might affect their organization
- Create and execute company-wide communication policies
- Recommend ways to enhance the firm's image on the basis of trends

**Qualifications**
- 5 years of proven work experience as a PR & Communication Manager
- Post-Secondary education in PR or another related degree.
- Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
- A confident communicator and presenter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- Knowledge of financial technology services would be an advantage
