Business Development Representative

The team at the Lakeridge Auto Gallery offers a full range of premium vehicles, products, and services, and is currently home to BMW Durham, MINI Durham, Lexus of Lakeridge, Village Chrysler, Volvo Cars Lakeridge, and Jaguar Land Rover Lakeridge. Lakeridge Auto Gallery is currently seeking a motivated, customer centric and result-driven Business Development Representative to be part of our BDC Sales team.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Ensure all leads are responded to in a timely fashion
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling
- Ensure CRM accuracy and consistent use.
- Prioritize and direct leads to appropriate team members or departments
- Continual follow up with clients, and Sales Consultants
- Following up with all clients who came in to visit Dealership, but did not purchase
- Assist with Marketing Campaigns, Private Sales, Vehicle Product Launches, Text message blasts & Eblasts
- Assist BDC Manager with additional job related duties
- **Desired Skills and Experienc**_e_
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment is a must
- Must have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Individually driven, positive and well organized
- Ability to work well within a team setting and multitask
- Working knowledge with Gmail, G-Suite, Microsoft Office and Excel
- Sales skills and Automotive knowledge considered an asset

**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
