About the role
Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth in Ajax and Belleville areas across residential and commercial propane markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acquire new residential and commercial propane clients and manage key accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for residential propane and HVAC services.
- Dedicate 80% of time to prospecting new commercial opportunities; 20% to nurture existing relationships.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Track sales activities in CRM and monitor performance metrics.
- Adhere to provincial propane regulations and safety standards.
- Travel regularly and manage territory logistics.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of sales experience with proven target achievement.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Industry knowledge in propane or fuels is a plus.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and customer‑centric mindset.
- Strong time management and independent work ability.
