We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your expertise in sales and product knowledge will contribute to achieving store goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in high-end sales environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with merchandising principles to create attractive displays.
- Proficiency in CAD or SketchUp is a plus for assisting customers with renovation projects.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques to facilitate successful sales interactions.
- Ability to manage accounts effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous in serving a diverse clientele.
