**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a Floor Lead Contractor to oversee floor operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience at our upcoming Warehouse Sale in Winnipeg at the RBC Centre, 375 York Ave, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 3J3. As a contractor, you will assist with various event and retail tasks, including sorting merchandise, assisting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the venue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and organize the sales floor according to layout plans.
- Coordinate merchandise placement and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Supervise floor staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs.
- Collaborate with other leads to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or floor management required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the event venue.

**Schedule**:

- Monday October 6: 8am-12am
- Tuesday October 7: 8am-9pm
- Wednesday October 8: 9am-9pm
- Thursday October 9: 9am-9pm
- Friday October 10: 9am-9pm
- Saturday October 11: 9am-8pm
- Sunday October 12: 9am-11pm

**Important Notes**:

- This is NOT a full-time job - it is only for the hours of operations listed above.
- People with full time availability for these hours will be prioritized
- Hours are 12 hour shifts daily
- Payment made via direct deposit within one business week of the conclusion of the event
