Flooring Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting upselling opportunities
- Have knowledge in home trends and design and offer feedback on home aesthetics
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft software is a plus
As a Retail Flooring Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, interact with customers, and contribute to the success of our store. Pay: From $34,000.00 per year
