Responsibilities:
1. Space Attendant (Front Desk, Climbing Wall, & Cafe) at hop skip jump Indoor Play Space - Moncton Location

2. Customer service, Providing a friendly, exceptional, and welcoming services for our customers in person and over the phone

3. Respond to inquiries about services in the space both in person and over the phone

4. Providing activity sales and recommendations to customers based on our rules and children’s age / ability

5. Work in cafe (F&B) item preparation and service. Food Safety certificate will be required, if not already in good standing

6. Work with colleagues to provide exceptional services to customers and to the business

7. Resolve customers complaints when needed

8. Perform all Sales transaction, cash handling, customer registration, including point of sales system opening and closing tasks.

9. Perform the entire daily, weekly and monthly tasks list including opening, closing tasks, cleaning, and space inspection tasks as per the business standard.

10. Enforce space rules and regulation for safe play environment

11. Event Room preparation, guests welcoming and a complete check-In and Check-out customer experience

12. Climbing Wall Instructor, ability to climb 20 FT walls with an interactive personality to lead, encourage and motivate climbers and provide exceptional climbing experience during climbing session

13. Must be comfortable with heights and be able to lift 50 pounds when needed

14. Must have first aid training, if not then must be obtained within 2-3 weeks from start date.

15. Must have a clear criminal record check

16. Work in different shifts Morning / evening including weekend and holidays

Availability to work weekend schedule from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm or weekday schedule from 9:00 am 9:00 pm based on work shift schedule

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 year in the customer service, and space attendant position with two good reference in Moncton
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
