In this role, you will be at the frontline of our brand, ensuring that each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. You will work closely with a team of dedicated customer success professionals who share your passion for helping others and exceeding expectations As a Bilingual Client Service Representative, you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships, resolve challenges with creativity and efficiency, and contribute to the continuous growth of the organization.

**The responsibilities of the Bilingual Client Service Representative are to**:

- Serve as the initial point of contact for client communication and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information to clients about our products, services, and available promotions.
- Leverage your customer service and problem-solving skills to strengthen customer engagement, handle escalations, and maximize customer experience.
- Identify customers' needs and provide customized product and service solutions by navigating through our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and orders.
- Share insights and feedback from clients to help improve customer service and support.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Being bilingual in English and French is a great advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/communications environment preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficient negotiation skills to navigate challenging situations with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: $42,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
