**The opportunity**:
The Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS) is seeking a **bilingual**, client-centric, talented individual with a passion for promoting positive relations with our clients and stakeholder groups. Reporting to the Manager of Client Services, the Bilingual Client Service Representative is a member of the client services team and is responsible for supporting CaRMS clients who use our primary service and product offering.

**The role**:
The Client Service Representative supports the department through:

- Contributing to the updating of team and client resources.
- Participation in initiatives geared towards continuous improvement.
- Participation in cross-functional project teams.
- Contributing to the operational success of other teams during low peak periods.

The Client Service Representative may be required to represent the organization in a public facing capacity, including meeting presentations, webinar hosting or other means.

**Language**:

- Bilingualism required— English and French (spoken and written)

**Education**:

- University Degree or College diploma preferred
- High school diploma is required

**Experience**:

- Full proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Familiarity with the use of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams considered an asset

You have superior client service skills in both English and French to provide an exceptional client experience to our stakeholder groups. You proactively identify the needs of our internal and external clients and find solutions on how to meet them. You are a team player with superior interpersonal skills. You can meet deadlines while remaining focused and flexible.

You have strong planning, organizational and time management skills to plan and organize your own work. You have superior problem-solving skills and know when to consult others when faced with a challenge. You are creative and demonstrate initiative to suggest improvements and encourage positive results. You are passionate about continuous improvement and are eager to learn more about our culture of continuous improvement.

**Working Conditions**:

- Required to work overtime during certain periods to meet operational requirements.
- May be required to travel on behalf of the organization.
