In this role, you will be responsible for following activities: Responsibilities Respond to client telephone, email, and online chat inquiries in both official languages. Provide timely and efficient resolution to inquiries while ensuring strict adherence to MD security protocols and client confidentiality. Facilitate online registration, password resets, and account deactivation. Identify and troubleshoot web issues requiring advanced technical support. Contribute to the overall success of the Client Services team by achieving departmental goals, complying with policy and procedure, and meeting or exceeding service level agreements. Build trusted relationships and collaborate with peers across the organization to deliver a superior client experience. Qualifications (Must Haves) Bilingual (French/English) required. Front‑line contact center experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) considered an asset. Sales experience within the financial services industry. Skills Commitment to an exceptional client experience with the ability to understand the client’s perspective quickly and clearly. Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize client needs. Unparalleled attention to detail, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all interactions. Flexibility to work independently and as part of a broader team. Ability to embrace change and thrive in a diverse, ever‑changing environment.
