ADMINISTRATOR/SOCIAL MEDIA

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer, screen, direct incoming calls
- Greet clients and verify identifications
- Photocopy, fax, and file documents
- Assist Legal Assistant and Executive Assistant
- Coordinate, create, and place content for the company’s social media platforms
- Manage online social media messages and conversations
- Produce marketing communications including flyers, brochures, promotional materials
- Plan and schedule social media content for long and short-term objectives
- Other administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a direct Social media/Admin role
- Experience with social media channels, social management platforms, social advertising and analytics with a keen understanding of today’s trends/consumption
- Proficient in Microsoft software, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Google Docs, and other marketing software
- Ability to work independently while following instructions from several staff members
- Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities
- Fluent in Spanish and/or French is an asset
- Must live 10-15 mins from Office
