**Job Summary**:
**How you will make an impact**:
You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. You will use accounting software programs to process business transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.

Position: Accounts Payable Analyst
Location: London, Ontario

Now, if you were to come on board as our** Accounts Payable Analyst**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Implement and maintain payables procedure and policy with Operations and Fixed Assets.
- Responsible for complete accounts payable analysis and follow up for large vendor, for both Operations and Fixed Assets.
- Will be required to process aging outstanding invoices, corrections and journal entries in the system for both Operations and Fixed Assets.
- Will need to report analysis summaries as required to Senior Management for Compass and Vendor.
- Escalate issues to upper level management as required

- Post-secondary education in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting
- Very self-motivated, must be able to work independently and produce results
- Able to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent analytical, time management, interpretive and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional interaction with various levels of operations and other department managers
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to advanced user in Excel)
- Detail oriented and willingness to delve into problem in order for successful issue resolution
- Able to work overtime when required

- Bilingual (French)
