As a Social Media & Content Creator, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for crafting compelling content and managing our social media presence across various platforms. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion while contributing to the growth and success of our brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Create original, high-quality content for our social media channels, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and graphics.

Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance and drive results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our social media presence.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in home services.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Passion for [industry/niche] and deep understanding of its audience and trends.

**Schedule**

Each week we will have you set goals and budgets. We are happy to work around your schedule, and or another job/commitment. It is expected this job will consume no more than 3-5 hours of your time each week.
