Junior Marketer

B&E Brewvin Inc, doing business as Water'n'Wine, is seeking a self-motivated problem solver to grow with our business. As the Junior Marketer, you will work with our management team to design and execute marketing campaigns for our winery and related operations.

We offer specialized training and mentorship under an experienced Marketing Director that will provide you with opportunities to grow professionally and accelerate your career in a dynamic, rapidly-evolving industry. **We are seeking a high-performer who would benefit from one-on-one mentorship to grow into a Senior Marketing role.**
- Is a recent graduate from a marketing or business administration program.
- Has the confidence to make decisions when the best answer isn't obvious.
- Has strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Is familiar with basic concepts related to digital marketing and data analytics.
- Is familiar with one or more content creation tools useful for small business marketing (Canva, ChatGPT, Adobe Illustrator, etc).

Responsibilities and typical activities include:

- Designing and editing digital marketing assets
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Organizing and promoting events
- Working with the Marketing Director to design marketing campaigns

Wine knowledge is an asset but not required.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
