Job Overview:
Tropical Link Canada is a company based in Burnaby BC, engaged in selling Organic Food in the Canadian and USA markets.

Qualifications and skills:

- Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Class 5 driver's license.
- High level of language proficiency
- Computer literacy

**Duties**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
- Liaise with distributors and work with their team
- Identify and grow opportunities in new and existing markets
- Prepare reports on account status and manage credit
- Handle export sales
- Develop marketing strategies

**Skills**:

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence the stakeholders of the organization
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience:
3-5 years experience in a similar role. Thorough knowledge about FMCG in Canadian and US markets.

Training:
Notes:

- This job involves travelling within and outside Canada
- Must be ready to work in a multi cultural office environment
- Probation period - 3 months

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
