**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Daily operations for the Association's Business Office.
- Operates and Maintains Association Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Manage and maintain our payroll system, and Association Banking.
- Manage clerical duties including liaison, filing, data entry, and document management with multiple government agencies.
- Assist in Association budgeting processes and budget reporting.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training development as needed.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Manage Association Online calendar, and provide answers to inquiries from members, public with regard to Association Hall and Range Rentals. Provide contact information for other venues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in IT and webmail is advantageous.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes is required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: $26.67-$28.89 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
