**POSITION**:
As a Summer Student, you will be considered a **potential future employee** within our growing company. We will provide you with training and knowledge so that you can become a success. You will gain valuable exposure to a variety of professional services that offer a challenging career path.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with **data entry and maintenance **of employee records in the HRIS;
- ** Collaborate with the HR team** to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues;
- Provide **support for HRIS-related projects** and initiatives;
- ** Create and run reports** to support HR and business needs;
- Participate in the **implementation of new HRIS modules and functionality**;
- Ensure data **accuracy and integrity** in the HRIS
- Stay **up-to-date on industry trends** and advancements in HRIS technology;
- Take charge of **all tasks delegated** to you;
- ** Collaborate** with the team to assist with other projects;
- All other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree** program in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
- Strong **communication**, **organization**, and **time-management **skills;
- Knowledge of** BambooHR** and/or **JazzHR**, an asset;
- Ability to work **independently** and as **part of a team**;
- Must be available to work **full-time hours** (Monday to Friday);
- Interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
