Guillevin is one of the largest distributors of electrical products in Canada. We are currently looking for a student for our accounts payable department who will be responsible for a large volume of workflow and good operational practice.
- Temporary position - Full time (37.5h/week) - On site
- Start date: Immediately.
- Competitive salary
- Bonus of $1000 at the end of the summer, conditional on compliance with the terms and conditions, as agreed upon hiring.

- Possibility of extending at the end of the summer, when returning to school - flexible part-time schedule.

OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Under the responsibility of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the student will support the payables team during the summer season. The student will participate in the primary daily task for the processing of our supplier invoices.
- Process invoices from an automated system
- Validate that the information generated by the system is the same as the information shown on the invoices.
- Be meticulous and alert in order to resolve discrepancies.
- Carefully follow the processes and perform quality work.
- Be curious and like to learn.
- Being in the action to process a large volume of transactions.
- Other related responsibilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Level of Studies: DVS/DEP, CEGEP or University level in administration, accounting or any other training or combination deemed equivalent could be considered.
- Experience with accounts payable (an asset)
- Communication skills, Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset
- Sense of organization, efficiency and priority management
- Interest in learning
- Ability and ease to navigate using computer tools
- Proficiency in Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
