**POSITION**:
As a Summer Student, you will be considered a **potential future employee** within our growing company. We will provide you with training and knowledge so that you can become a success. You will gain valuable exposure to a variety of professional services that offer a challenging career path.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organize and maintain financial documents and records in an efficient and secure manner;
- Archive financial records and files according to company policies and legal requirements;
- Assist in the retrieval of archived financial documents as needed;
- Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records;
- Provide support in managing and updating databases of financial documents and records;
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in the handling and archiving of financial records;
- Take charge of **all tasks delegated** to you;
- **Collaborate** with the team to assist with other projects;
- All other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Currently enrolled in a College/CEGEP diploma in **Business Administration, Records Management, Archival Studies or any related field;
- Strong **organizational and time-management skills** with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong **analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy** in handling financial records and documents;
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** Suite;
- Excellent **problem-solving skills**;
- Strong **communication and interpersonal **skills
- Ability to work **independently** and as **part of a team**;
- Must be available to work **full-time hours** (Monday to Friday);
