IT Summer Student

**POSITION**:
As a Summer Student, you will be considered a **potential future employee** within our growing company. We will provide you with training and knowledge so that you can become a success. You will gain valuable exposure to a variety of professional services that offer a challenging career path. The IT Student will report to the Director, Business Operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with **data analysis and reporting** using Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools;
- Support **software testing efforts** by conducting quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing;
- Help **manage user accounts and troubleshoot **IT issues for end-users;
- Assist with the setup and **configuration of new hardware and software**;
- Participate in** meetings and discussions** to gather requirements and provide input for IT projects;
- Take charge of **all tasks delegated** to you;
- ** Collaborate** with the team to assist with other projects;
- All other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** Currently enrolled in a College/CEGEP diploma or Bachelor’s **program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
- Strong **analytical **skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in **Windows 10, 11 and ticket systems**, an asset;
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** Suite, particularly Excel;
- Ability to** determine, analyze, and resolve computer problems** and coordinate hardware, software, and/or network solutions;
- Strong **communication and interpersonal **skills;
- Ability to work **independently** and as **part of a team**;
- Must be available to work **full-time hours** (Monday to Friday);
