**As the Director of Service, you will bring vision, compassion, and the mindset to**:
- Drive continuous improvement and evidence-informed practice across programs helping ensure young people receive high-quality, trauma-informed care.
- Deliver strategic operational leadership to guide and elevate our multidisciplinary team of professionals.
- Lead with purpose to support agency-wide planning and innovation.
- Influence complex systems of care while cultivating and nurturing strong connections within ouragency, our funders, and community stakeholders.
- **We’re looking for someone who**:
- A Master’s degree in Social Sciences (or Bachelor of Social Work with at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in youth services or related fields).
- Brings a deep understanding of specialized youth programming and integrated community supports for young people navigating complex life circumstances, such as adversity, disconnection, or complex barriers.
- Builds organizational trust, cultivates high-impact partnerships, and models culturally responsive leadership at every level
- Bring a systems-thinking lens to complex challenges and help shape the broader direction of youth services across the region.
- Is committed to service excellence, innovation, and accountability across all levels of program and service delivery
