**Overview**
We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapy Office Administrator to join our team and help provide exceptional customer service to our patients. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while delivering a friendly and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position requires proficiency in various EMR software, strong communication skills, experience with scheduling and billing procedures, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively with a high degree of accuracy.

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly, check them in, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Maintain electronic patient records using EMR software Janeapp, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential.
- Process patient billing, insurance claims, and payments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with various healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Perform other office-related duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in EMR software, including Janeapp is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience with insurance portals such as Provider Connect, Bluecross, Telus, and Sunlife is preferred.
- Ability to collaborative in a team environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
