We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile Administrator/Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
This hybrid role combines administrative tasks, assistance in therapy sessions, and support in designing and implementing exercise programs. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing exceptional support to our physiotherapists and patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist physiotherapists during therapy sessions by preparing treatment rooms and equipment and supporting patients with exercises and activities.
- Work with patients one-on-one or in group settings to guide them through prescribed exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress, record observations, and communicate findings to physiotherapists.
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, answering phone calls, and handling billing and insurance processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
- Assist in other clinic tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Certification as a Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) is a must.**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, electronic medical record (EMR) systems (JaneApp), Telus Health and Provider Connect is preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 15 per week
