**Position Summary**: Reporting directly to the Logistics Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the logistics of route movement of outgoing and incoming truck work orders and ensures efficient schedule coordination with customers and technicians. The incumbent is the main point of contact for all routing and auto-routing queries.

**Major **(Primary) Responsibilities**:

- Manage Logistics Department case files and large customer adjustments to ensure timely updates and accurate information for sales promotions and account data. Own the process of and accuracy of all updates
- Perform quality control for all existing customers and new business entries. Fix minor errors and communicate larger inaccuracies back to the Account Managers; push completed work through to dispatch
- Manage CRM routing issues and assist Customer Service with auto-routing difficulties
- Ensure Malls/Campus/Groupings have proper generation dates and assignment
- Manage CRM set-up screens for Techs, Trucks, Auto-routing settings and permissions
- Create weekly Missed Services Report, working with the Logistics Manager to establish a high priority list
- Review CRM changes following each first service and support training for improvements on the front end
- Assist Sales team with troubleshooting issues with respect to case files
- Maintain price increase project coordination by reviewing and analyze supporting documentation, set timelines and goals to ensure work orders are updated accordingly
- Manage occasional logistics projects to maintain department KPI’s
- Other duties as assigned

- Professional manner, tact, diplomacy and discretion in dealing with customer, colleagues, including senior management.

- Adaptable - able to work with diverse personalities and styles.
- Knowledge of project management
- Demonstrated computer software skills (i.e. MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce documents, reports, presentations, as required.
- Organized, methodical - structure workflow in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframes.

**Education & Job Knowledge**:
Minimum high school graduation, or equivalent level of education, plus an additional two year college diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain.

**Experience**:
Greater than one year of related experience.

**Certificates, Licenses or Registration**:
A valid G Registration Ontario Driver’s License in good standing is required for this position.
