Property Service Team Lead

As a Home upkeep Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing a variety of maintenance services, including lawn care, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing. Your responsibilities will also include driving a vehicle with a trailer attached to transport equipment and materials to job sites. Additionally, during periods where your schedule is not filled with maintenance tasks, you will join our renovation and painting crews to ensure full-time employment and have the ability to retain employment over the winter.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise a team of entry-level co-workers ensuring they deliver exceptional service in lawn care, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently, optimizing routes and resources to maximize productivity.
- Drive a vehicle with a trailer attached to transport equipment, tools, and materials to job sites. Vehicle and trailer will be provided by the company.
- Perform hands-on maintenance work, demonstrating proper techniques and attention to detail.
- Conduct inspections of job sites, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions in a professional manner.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with other crews, including renovation and painting teams, to support project completion as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in home maintenance services, with experience in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience driving a vehicle with a trailer attached.
- Knowledge of lawn care, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.

**Salary**: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 75 - 88 per week
