We are seeking a Adm and Purchases Support to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Adm and Purchases Support will support our sales closing process and assist with project-related administrative tasks. This includes accounts payable support, file management, purchaser communication, walkthrough coordination, purchasing tracking, follow-ups, data analysis, and general administrative duties, including the preparation and management of purchase orders (POs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Closing Support:

- Manage and organize closing files to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Communicate with purchasers, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Schedule and attend walkthroughs to facilitate a smooth customer experience.
- PO preparation and records maintenance
- Track and monitor purchasing activities, including follow-ups with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support project decision-making.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely updates for project documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.**:

- Experience in the real estate industry is an asset.
- Experience in project coordination or accounting is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week

**Benefits**:
