You contribute to the operational efficiency of the sales department and to positive CSI results by promptly and warmly answering calls and directing clients to the appropriate representative or department, contributing to an overall experience that exceeds expectations.

Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Maintain adherence to company standards of professional behavior and presentation, including any uniform or attire requirements and comply with Kia West Edmonton policies.

To be successful in this position, you must have a strong sense of customer service with excellent administrative and communication skills.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual or department in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take detailed messages.
- Distribute mail and coordinate all courier pickups.
- Follow sales department processes and guidelines.
- Assist sales customers arriving at the front desk.
- Check in new and used vehicles.
- Update monthly schedule of sales department and track attendance.
- Coordinate and process customer payments and provide support to Accounting department.
- Other duties as required by your local manager.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset but not required.
- Strong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

**Full-time hours**:8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday

**Lunch Break**:One hour

**Benefits package will be available after 3-month period.**

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
