A **Part-Time Receptionist** is the dealerships first point of contact with customers and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and a positive attitude. They will welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and direct their needs to the appropriate department or staff member who may assist them.

**Remuneration: $17 per hour.**

Job Duties:

- Ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly, courteously and professionally.
- Greet walk-in customers and assist them as required.
- Receive and document cash/cheques tendered on behalf of sales departments, reconcile daily.
- Track sales calls.
- Maintain an organized work space.
- Data entry as required
- Scanning preparation
- Data entry as required.
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Additional duties as required.
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- ** Availability to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 4:00pm - 8:00pm, as well as alternating Friday and Saturday shifts. Friday shifts would be 2:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday shifts would be from 8:00am - 6:00pm. (Example: One week you would work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and then the following week you would work Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday).**:

- ** Must have the flexibility to work alternating Stat Holidays from 11:00am - 4:00pm.**:

- Ability to multi-task
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
