**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
Must be a people person, communicate clearly and handle busy schedules easily.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This is a vital role in ensuring smooth office functioning and supporting the overall efficiency of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff
- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate office and instrument supply orders
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and recital arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of recitals, presentations, and meetings

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various office software (e.g., G-Suite)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of file management systems and recordkeeping practices

- **Minimum Expected Hours**

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3pm-9pm
Saturday:9am-5pm

Monday-Thursday: 3pm-9pm
Friday: 3pm-8pm
Saturday: 9am-6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
