**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist project manager with issuing subcontracts.
- Complete and track submittals.
- Assist site superintendent with daily activities.
- Read, understand and produce work from drawings and specifications.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize and problem solve.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed (conduct job safety reviews).
- Track progress on jobs and provide constructive feedback throughout.
- Create bi-weekly schedules for each job for management and clients.
- Prepare schedules, work progress, production and other reports
- Perform quality assurance and control activities, such as site reviews and ensure adherence to contract requirement
- Complete and track project submittals
- Administer project closeout; from documents archiving to maintenance/ warranty manuals, etc

**Qualifications**
- College Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Construction Technology, Technical Drafting, and/or related fields
- Experience with Primavera software.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, MS Word and Excel skills.
- Valid Class G driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience with TTC is a strong asset
