Come join our Team, and learn first-hand how you can contribute to our “Innovation Inside” Quality Customer Representative (Off-Site) Afternoon Shift (M-F) We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality - Customer Representative on Afternoon Shift based out of our Waterloo, Ontario (UMW) location, working off-site at Toyota. Duties & Responsibilities - Ensure customer satisfaction for quality related items. - Act as a liason to the customer for our company. Communicate issues/information effectively and expeditiously to the plant to ensure timely resolution. - Advocate for the plant in cases where the customer is at fault or there is not clarity that the issue is ours. - If an issue occurs at the customer and a sort is required, either perform or arrange for sort of suspect product until certified product arrives from the plant. - Report to the plant all issues and any information (ie Op #’s, date etc) to assist in the investigation of the issue. - Communicate any internal customer information/issues that may impact our company. - Carryout other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager. - Must be able to communicate well in English both verbal and written. - Must be able to take direction and use good judgement when communicating with the customer. - Must have some understanding of injection molding and the paint process. - Able to work independently. - Leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to detect moulding and paint defects such as sink, flash, dirt etc. - Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures related to job function - No colour vision deficiency.
