**What kinds of challenges await you?**

The representative takes care of developing and caring for a client base while prioritizing the primary objective of business development in line with the strategic objectives of the company.

**Sales and business development**:

- Conduct sales and prospecting/business development with potential clients to increase the company’s market share.
- Develop business in line with corporate objectives while maintaining the omni-channel priority. Plan strategically on a regular basis your development plan to achieve the sales objectives set.
- Provide activity reports, analysis and strategic development plans requested. Regularly participate in (virtual) sales meetings. Any other relative tasks.

**We want to meet you, if**:

- Training in hairdresssing or aesthetics (asset).
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in direct sales (B to B).
- High School Diploma.
- Very fluent in social media management, technologies and working from home.
- Master in Excel, Outlook, Word, Ipad.
- Passionate about sales.
- Sense of business development (sales and results oriented, without neglecting the quality of customer service).
- Communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Recognized skills of consumer goods sales.
- Master of sales techniques (B2B).
- Good negociator, leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.
