**Position**: Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Location**:Fraserwood & #6 Road Facilities

**Summ Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate offboarding process for departing employees, conduct exit interviews and analyzing results with an eye to continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and support various internal events such as employee appreciation events, job fairs, open houses, etc.
- Support Operations with Attendance Management & Leave Tracking coordination.
- Support internal communications by updating various bulletin boards and TV materials.
- Assist with Company events, holiday, and social activities
- Complete other special projects, duties, and assignments, as assigned.

**Summ Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in an HR/Talent Acquisition role within a manufacturing, light industrial or similar setting, or with a recruitment firm.
- Post secondary education in HR or related field, and/or CPHR Certification or working towards it.
- Proven ability to establish priorities and organize work accordingly.
- Versatile inter-personal skills and collaborative solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (additional languages are an asset).

This full-time opportunity works on-site at both of our Richmond locations and offers a competitive salary range (based on experience) between $52,000 - $62,000 in addition to an attractive benefits package including Company paid Extended Health & Dental, RRSP Matching, Health Spending Account and more.

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
