What we’d love to see about you:

- Post-secondary education in HR or related discipline
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- CHRP is an asset
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to prioritize, multi task and delegate
- High standard of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and respond appropriately
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ADP

Envision Yourself:

- Responsible for leading the recruitment process of over 120 locations across Canada and the USA
- Build strong connections with child care Centre Directors to have an understanding of their recruitment needs, team dynamics and staffing projections
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, selecting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Oversee the internal employee transfers and employment changes
- Track internal referrals, promote our signing bonus programs and manage the delivery of bonuses to all employees
- Coordinate with the marketing team for online recruitment campaigns
- Maintain positive relationships with universities and colleges and support their childcare students with placements
- Other duties such as tracking the HR teams monthly expenses, planning head office events, complete reference checks and other related duties
