**Coordinator, Customer Service - Hub**

As the Coordinator, Customer Service, you will be reporting to the Manager, Distribution, and will be responsible for coordinating equipment and deliveries. This position liaises between the warehouse, external clients, and internal stakeholders in order to ensure that order processing is completed in a timely fashion that meets Service Level Agreements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise between the warehouse and various business units regarding any order processing to ensure that orders are correctly prioritized to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain and modify the sales and inventory management system in regards to equipment status; order status; serial numbers and item codes, while utilizing the database to investigate any discrepancies.
- Follow up and track equipment and supplies shipments with various carriers (white glove, couriers, and less-than-truckloads).
- Gather information and requirements from customers, facilities and processes in order to provide carriers with the necessary details for successful deliveries, pick-ups, and/or relocations.
- Partner with inventory, sales administration, and service teams to resolve any shipping, carrier, equipment, and/or customer issues in a timely manner.

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience (Office environment)
- Intermediate Analytical skills are required to investigate issues by using multiple systems and databases
- Good Time Management/Multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate experience with the Warehouse Management System
