- While our office is located in Steinbach, successful applicants will not be required to report to the office daily. Work will take place directly on job sites located in Winnipeg, Lorette, and surrounding areas. *

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Site Superintendent(s) on daily operations of both residential and commercial projects.
- Follow instructions from Supervisors to perform manual labor, which includes but is not limited to moving and organizing material as well as equipment onsite.
- Assist with clean up, material procurement, sorting, and distribution of materials to various housing builds.
- Assist with prepping, forming, and pouring concrete.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Commitment to safe work practices.
- Great communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in a team environment with our team and trade partners.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery considered an asset.
- Operations of JCB telehandlers and skid steers is an asset, but not necessary. Additional training and certification will be provided by Cast in Place.
- Must have an up-to-date and valid Manitoba Class 5 “full” driver license and a reliable mode of transportation to and from work.
