**Foreman**

Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company currently hiring a Foreman to join our growing team. Penn-co offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary. **Responsibilities**
- Coordinating and assigning tasks for the day for the workers
- Creating scheduled for the workers
- Ensure project is adequately staffed
- Oversee the quality of the workmanship in site
- Report progress or delays to the supervisor
- Solve disputes between workers
- Following building codes and regulations
- Assisting in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks & hazards
- Hold daily toolbox meetings to guarantee that subcontractors and employees understand the scope of the project

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Extensive experience in the construction industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to work accurately while under pressure
- Detail and task oriented
- Assertive and decisive with problem resolution skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
- Remote Locations - must be able to travel for work
