Woodstock Tire Service is a local family owned Independent Tire Dealer. We have been servicing the Woodstock area for 29 years.

We are looking for a full time Customer Service/Administrator. You will be required to:

- Greet customers at the front counter and on the telephone, with a strong focus on facilitating the best possible customer service.
- Sell Tires/Services and write up work orders for all sales and service transactions, gather customer and vehicle information, help in locating tire inventory from stock and communicate with the Technicians.
- Take all “service call” telephone requests, write up work orders and help with dispatching Tire Service Techs accordingly.
- Invoice all product and service sales once complete and process payments.
- Input work orders into computer
- Help secretary with filing paperwork

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
