CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Woodstock Ontario Full-Time,
The Customer Service Rep. is accountable for the following:

- Processing customer orders and invoices;
- Posting invoices into accounting system
- Answering incoming telephone calls,
- Communicating price changes to customers and fellow employees,
- Managing transport logistics for outgoing orders,
- Coordinating customer order requests with production department,
- Reconciling inventory ledgers Filing office correspondence.
- Customer Service / ADMIN /Purchasing DUTIES
- Premix 1 & Premix 2 Label Copies -responsible for stapling together and giving to QC.
- Taking/Entering Orders - Orders/Assigning/Invoicing for all consignment customers.
- Match consignment orders
- Check invoices created and distribute/mail as needed.
- Statements - sort and mail when necessary.
- Purolator shipment (Before the front desk person)
- Orders/Assigning/Invoicing all Ontario livestock customers; pet customers in Quebec; and ADM locations (St. Hyacinthe and Lethbridge).
- Arranges freight as necessary.
- Does month end invoicing for consignment customers.
- Adds products into production and prints work orders.
- Check formula downloads.
- Creates consignment POs and POs for receiving material for the warehouse.
- Match all other orders making sure any special pricing is attached - to be matched in morning

Qualifications and Skills Preferred post-secondary education in agriculture, Preferred experience within the animal feed industry, Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Ability to communicate well orally, and in writing.
- Good telephone manners in a hurried environment.
- Autonomy and organization.
- Multi-tasking skills that allow you to work through interruptions in an efficient manner,
- Ability to work in teams.
