The role of a Marketing and Event Specialist would suit an enthusiastic marketing professional with the ability to hit the ground running and excel in a fast-paced and target driven environment. You should have an excellent understanding and proven experience in digital and traditional marketing, social media, SEO, and events.

**Responsibilities**

**Digital and Out of Home Advertising**
- Review monthly analytics of PPC, affiliate partner network, Facebook/Instagram and other advertising campaigns to lower acquisition cost.
- Create adcopy, update campaigns and landing pages. Conduct A/B test to improve conversions.
- Coordinate out of home (OOH) campaign bookings and artwork creatives.
- Prepare conversion and campaign performance reports.

**Event Support**
- Provide the support in setting up, moderating of online and offline events including panellists/presenter coordination.
- Pre and post-event production duties involving leads upload to Salesforce, coordinating the upload of the video material and sharing it with the video team to produce a testimonial material of the event.

**Website Management**
- Coordinate content update.

**Budget Tracking**
- Accurately track and report monthly budget, including preparing requisitions and invoice management.

**Marketing Support**:

- Coordinate production of all marketing materials.
- Coordinate the production and shipment of brochures and giveaways.
- Coordinate inventory and reordering of merchandise / print materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis.
- Coordinate video testimonials/photoshoot.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Position Requirements**

***Education and Experience**
- Degree with 1-2 years of experience working in an international organization in marketing or equivalent roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with the Canadian market is advantageous.
- Team player with lots of initiative is required in this role.
