**Busy architectural office is looking for a responsible and reliable person to join our Accounting Team.**

**Junior Accounting / Bookkeeping / Data Entry - full-time, permanent.**

**37.5 hours per week.**

**Specific Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Data entry
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Credit card and expense reconciliations
- Set up of new projects; close-out of completed projects
- Provide assistance and support to Partners and staff that require accounting and clerical tasks
- Clerical work, including both general and accounting filing.
- General administrative support, including typing, photocopying, phone coverage, mail preparation, etc.

**Note that this is not a position that will provide direct work experience for a CGA program.**

**This position is an office-based position with no remote working ability.**

**You Have**:

- Canadian or equivalent post-secondary education in the field of Accounting or Business Management, or the equivalent combination of experience and education in a related field.
- Strong aptitude for numbers.
- Extreme accuracy and a high attention to detail.
- Microsoft Suite skills; note we use a custom accounting system so knowledge of other accounting systems is not required.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, creative, open office area.

**Salary to commensurate with experience and education level (in range of $19-$23 per hour).**
